To make sure you get the best experience, unlock your VIP perks, and actually find the group at the concert venue, we collect a few necessary details:
- Account & Profile Information: When you join the community or register for an event, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp), and Discord username/ID so we can assign your roles.
- Transaction Information: When you purchase an Express, Gold, or Priority pass, or pitch in for an event booking, we collect details regarding the transaction. Payments are processed securely via Bank Transfer, E-Wallet, or Saweria. Note: We do not store your sensitive financial data (like full credit card numbers or PINs) on our servers.
- Event & Activity Data: When you RSVP for a hangout, concert, or out-of-town trip, we collect information related to your attendance, preferences, and occasionally emergency contact info for travel safety.
- Community Interactions: We may collect data based on your participation in our server, giveaways, and polls to better understand what activities the warga (community) wants next.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to keep the community running smoothly and ensure nobody misses out. Specifically, we use it to:
- Assign your exclusive Discord roles (like
@Orang Dalem) and unlock hidden channels. - Process your Investor pass upgrades and secure your special concert ticket prices.
- Send you early-bird information, RSVP confirmations, and crucial updates about meetup locations.
- Facilitate giveaways and track top-member leaderboards.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and anti-spam environment both online and offline.
3. How We Share Your Information
Your trust means everything to us. We do not and will never sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Trusted Service Providers: We may share necessary details with trusted partners who help us run the community, such as ticketing platforms, payment gateways (like Saweria), and event venues strictly for RSVP and booking purposes.
- Legal & Safety Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to protect the safety, rights, and property of JoinDong, our members, or the public.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Whether you are chatting in our server or buying a Priority Pass, we are committed to keeping your data secure.
